Latitude Consulting Group (t/a Latitude GB®) is led by our founders and directors, who share decades of experience in immigration law, business management, and entrepreneurial training. Our team of business experts and highly-experienced immigration lawyers (Top Legal 500 and Chambers ranked) specialise in providing a bespoke and complete transition for overseas businesses, investors and entrepreneurs who are looking to expand into the UK.
Whilst our team is small, we have a wealth of valuable expertise. Many of us at Latitude GB have first-hand experience of immigrating from overseas to the UK. For this very reason, we understand how difficult it can be to bridge the gap: not just over physical distance, but over a cultural divide. As such, we’ve made it our mission to help our clients adjust to a new business environment, master a new language, and find the best schools for their children.

Prior to joining the company, Ryan successfully completed three degrees (one bachelor and two masters) at the Russell Group universities in various fields of marketing and business management, as well accumulated managerial experience through the management training programmes and leadership roles within a few multinational corporations.
Gary McIndoe
Head of Legal Practice, Co-founder
Gary has practised UK-inbound immigration, nationality and refugee law for more than 30 years, he is ranked one of the UK’s leading lawyers in Chambers and Partners rankings, as well recognised as a Thought Leader by Who’s Who Legal. In addition to being one of the founding members and the directors of the company, Gary is also the founder of Latitude Law, an award-winning UK boutique immigration law firm recognised by Legal 500 as “Top Tier”, as well one of The Times Best Law Firms 2023.
Cynthia Zheng
Managing Director, Co-founder
Cynthia benefited from the higher education in the US and China, she holds an MBA in finance and an BEng in Management Information Systems. Cynthia has considerable expertise in commercial banking products and financial leasing solutions. During her stay in the US, she worked for the world’s top wealth management and financial services provider dealing with international private client business. Additionally, Cynthia is also a specialist in planning the educational pathways into the elite.
